"EQUAL AND EXACT JUSTICE TO ALL MEN OF WHATEVER STATE OR PERSUASION"
Since my release from incarceration, my biggest pet peeve, have and continue to be is The Criminal Justice System (Gate), which is comprised of three entities: Law Enforcement, JUDICIAL, and Corrections. When I first started my experience on Google, I did an article: MY FIRST NOTEBOOK: MY THOUGHTS ON APPOINTMENTS OF JUDGES. Since then, I have entered into litigation two civil cases in the Southern District (Federal), and a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court of America. The latter, was returned by an overzealous, non-essential support staff, Gail Johnson, (before it reached the addressee, Clerk of the Court, Mr. William K. Suter).
My case, LILLIAN ANN MACK, PRO-SE, vs. THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, ET.AL., detailed in 11 Exhibits, plagiarized police and indictment reports, medical records, (tasered), bullet embedded, SEALED NYSID NO. 3169626N (which was previously used before and assigned to me); a complaint form, which I never received and made a sample for the courts, forms from the Internet, versus the fraudulent, tampered, illegal documents, et.al., to justify the WORD/TERM: NULLITY, which is on my Certificate of Disposition.
The first docket number (6688.08) was assigned to Judge Deborah Batts, who denied me due process of law, and pre-dated the electronically filed case, even though it was approved by the then-chief judge, Kimba Wood, who instructed that I should proceed In Forma Pauperis, with a Juror Trial.
The other, though won on appeal, (08.6234) is in archives. The three-panel Circuit Judges who dismissed my case, Judges Sack, Cabares* AND Winter, due to frivolity, are fraudulent. One hails from Connecticut, and the other does not exist. The Judge, Baer, 10034, who dismissed the case was on the Knapp Commission (conflict of interest). Addendum: Judge Baer was asked for his resignation by then President Clinton, for the mishandling of the "Bayliss" case, but obviously it's been resolved.
While awaiting the outcome, I went to the Bronx County Supreme Court, to review my sealed file (everything is sealed), and had to do a MOTION TO AMEND, because the Court's records listed, Amy Attias' name as attorney of record, instead of mine's, PRO-SE, which is stamped on the DISPOSITION OTHER THAN CONVICTION OR ACQUITTAL, and on the ON-CALENDAR. Also, when incarcerated, I requested 18-B Panel Attorneys, the On-Calendar, states that they are 18-B attorneys, but the forms, which these lawyers submitted to misrepresent me were County and Legal Aid lawyers from Westchester County, New York. The Motion was done by the Judge, who presided over my criminal case, Webber, conflict of interest, who only included my middle name on the documents, and kept the Indictment Number 3946-04, as the new motion to amend docket number, which means I did this Motion, in the year 2004, when incarcerated, and the year was 2011. What does this have to do with the corruptness of the courts??
I submitted everything, and then some to Ms. Jean Savanyu, Clerk, the Commission on Judicial Conduct, and have not heard anything from her at all. I even sent, certified, returned receipt, documents about her staff, as well as an injunction.
I have coined these Supremacist, (in their black robes) who are honored among thieves, amidst the perverted justice -- THE "Cs"-- COLD, CALLOUS, CALCULATED, CONNIVING, CONTRARY, CONTROLLING, unCONSCIONABLE: CORRUPT!!!
ADDENDUM: Reading newspapers articles about the removal of Judge Shira Scheindlin by the three-judge Court of Appeals, because she "ran afoul of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges." WELL, the Supremacist (in their black robes) strikes again, with the nerve--JUDGES: Walker, Cabranes, and Parker (40 Foley Square), with a who are also United States Judges, who, by law and the Constitution, are appointed by the President of the United States, and approved by Congress.
Usually, appeals judges, as in my case will knock down defendants/plaintiffs, but not a judge. Furthermore, even though I was not allowed due process of law, I am also pro-se, who opposed my appeal??? Cmr. Kelly, a recipient of the Knapp Commission, and is currently Police Pension Fund Chairman; D.A. Johnson, who works out of the District Attorney's Office (Thomas Kapp is DA); Judges Wood, current Chief Judge; Preska, now Chief Judge-- Not one responded to my claims. (see above.)
According to OFFICE OF COURT ADMINISTRATION (OCA) Judge Jose A. Cabranes is listed as U.S. Circuit Judge, U.S. Courthouse, 141 Church Street, New Haven, CT; Judge Parker's telephone number begins with a (203) area code -- resembling Connecticut's; and Judge Walker's name in OCA's directory exceeds too much space to be incorporated, since my research two years ago, and currently, two days ago. Who is running "afoul of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges?"

ADDENDUM: I wrote in my profile that I cannot seek justice on Google. Well, Guess who is JUSTICE!!!! ????? Chief Administrative Judge A. GAIL PRUDENTI, OCA, since January, 2013, and no formal introduction to us laypeople; thanks to the New York Daily News and their coverage with Governor Cuomo on Judges. Another best kept secret, waiting to be uncovered. This is going to be a Great New Year waiting to happen!!!! LAM
